I know what it’s like to struggle with digestive and health problems, skin problems, food anxiety, and low energy. I understand how hard it can be to change habits and how heavy and disappointing it feels when you can’t show up for yourself physically and mentally.

This is an invitation to finally feel better. The tools you will learn help you build a new relationship with yourself, your body, and the world around you. It will bring new awareness of the signals your body and mind gives you and how you can stop using food to suppress emotions.

 

This is an opportunity to get to know yourself better, redefine how and what to eat, and learn how to apply the timeless wisdom of Ayurveda in your modern life

During 10 weeks, you will be guided through a personal journey to having more energy and understanding of your body and mind. Even though we go through this experience together in a group, each student’s process will look a little different.

I invite you to become curious and explore how you can redefine self-care in a playful way. These tools are powerful when applied. Welcome to this journey towards vibrant health and beyond.

We meet every Tuesday at 6:30-7:45 pm CET (Germany time) for 75 minutes
