During 10 weeks, you will be guided through a personal journey to having more energy and understanding of your body and mind. Even though we go through this experience together in a group, each student’s process will look a little different.

Questions & Answers
What time do the live sessions take place?
We meet every Tuesday for ten weeks from 18:30 - 19:45 CET on Zoom. In week eight we will meet for two hours in our kitchens for an online cooking class from 18:30-20:30.
Don't worry if you can't join a live call, you will get access to the recording.
How are the live calls structured?
We begin with a check-in, and most weeks a meditation relating to the week’s topic. This part of the course is an important anchor to encourage accountability for ourselves. You’re not alone in this process. By sharing what we experience, you will see that others have similar challenges. We can also celebrate our progress and support each other along the way.
I will then share about the week’s topic with you giving clear examples and self-care tools for you to take away. I will also share my experience with clients and my own process. At the end, we will check out, and go encouraged and supported into the new week.
What part of the live calls are recorded?
The lecture part is recorded every week for you.
To keep the room safe, the sharing at the beginning and end of the call will not be recorded. This is for everyone in the group to be able to talk freely about their experiences, knowing that what we say in the room, stays there.
I already know the basics of Ayurveda, is the course still relevant for me?
Yes! The course is structured in a way that will bring depth to you own practices and support you moving forward. Even if you've practiced Ayurveda for a while, this is an opportunity to take a close look at what works well, and what can be optimized. In the 1:1 Coaching session, we go even deeper and personalize to make sure you get the most out of this experience.
I have never heard about Ayurveda, is the course still relevant for me?
The tools and practices that you will learn are for everyone. The principles are universally based in nature and can be applied to any lifestyle, culture, religion, or person. During the 10 weeks, you get to explore a deeper more intuitive way of caring for yourself. Your body and mind will thank you.
I don't know if I will have enough time, shall I still join the course?
The material will help you understand yourself better, how to better manage your time, and better care for yourself. It's an investment on all levels and will actually give you more time. .
The completion of the course assignments will require 30-45 minutes each week. The live call recording will be around 35-45 minutes long and if you join the call it’s 75 minutes. The weekly Q&A will be around 20 minutes long.
How long will I have access to the course?
The downloadable materials and videos are yours to keep and access as long as the internet exist. You will keep access to the Facebook group as long as you choose to.
How do I access the content?

If you are not on Facebook you will receive all the same content, but not be able to take part in the community exchange.
