For who:

You who feel called to deeply detoxify and reset your system and heal old patterns of imbalance. Indications that you need a reset can be:
low energy, coating on the tongue, weak immunity, digestive problems, and skin problems. Willingness, courage, and trust in the process will be welcomed allies for a successful treatment and smooth integration at home. Humans of all genders are welcome and no previous yoga or Ayurveda experience is needed.


What is included?

  • Preparation: 75-minute Ayurvedic Health Consultation 1:1 with Lisa

  • Preparation: Zoom call with the group leading up to the retreat

  • Preparation: Cooking class on Zoom with the group leading up to the retreat

  • Manual with support before the retreat including suggested foods to buy before the retreat to have at home upon return, how to pack, travel suggestions, and more

  • 14 or 21 days of authentic panchakarma at one of India’s best and well renowned hospitals

  • Personalised meals suited to your treatment depending on your treatment plan

  • Clean, comfortable accommodation with an option for single or double occupancy (limited availability)

  • Daily check-ins with Ayurvedic doctor

  • 1:1 mentoring/counseling with Lisa as needed

  • Daily yoga classes with meditation

  • Sharing and singing circles

  • Advice on pre & post-treatment measures

  • Daily Vedic havan/puja ceremonies

  • Integration: Zoom call to support you back home around 2 weeks after the retreat

  • Integration: Zoom call to support you back home around 3 months after the retreat
