Questions & Answers
Do I need to have experience with Ayurveda?
Not at all. This is open to everyone needing to detoxify and heal from stubborn imbalances.
What is Panchakarma?
Pancha means five in Sanskrit, and Karma action or therapy. It’s a deeply cleansing, rejuvenating, and long-term
effective process of ridding the body of ama, or toxins. It needs time, it’s not a quick fix and the integration process after the therapy is just as important as the cleansing itself. In fact, if the time after isn’t respected, it can cause more harm than good. Usually, therapy is done over 14-21 days in India. How many people will take part in the experience?
Maximum 10 people are joining us.
I have already done Panchakarma, is it still relevant for me?
Yes, it is helpful to undergo treatment once a year to prevent imbalances from reoccuring
I have never heard about Ayurveda, is the treatment still relevant for me?
The detoxification and support you will recieve is for everyone. The principles are universally based in nature and can be applied to any lifestyle, culture, religion, or person. During the 2 weeks, you get to explore a deeper more intuitive way of caring for yourself. Your body and mind will thank you.
I don't know if I will have enough time, can I join for a shorter time period?
Potenitally, get in touch with us to discuss it. Ideally we carve out 21 days for the treatment, but in 7, 10 or 14 days you are also able to receieve great results.
How long after will I notice the results?
This all depends on how well you care for yourself after the therapy. It is important to travel home directly after to rest, stay out of the sun and cold water and eat as the doctors prescribe. The final results will in most cases be seen 3 months after the therapy is done.
How do I register?
Send us an email or book in a 15-minute call.
We can not wait to welcome you in India!
